Noun phrases

I have been given the task of analyzing a short phrase:

"the School’s commitment to Sustainability, Carbon Reduction and Service Excellence"

I have to to describe the structure of this noun phrase and identify all its constituents. So far i have this:
The = Specifier
School’s = Pre-modifiers
Commitment = Head
To sustainability = Complements
Carbon Reduction = Complements
And = coordinating conjunction
Service excellence = Complements

The phrase is part of a bigger sentence, but only the short phrase above should be analysed:

"The post holder is expected to support the School’s commitment to Sustainability, Carbon Reduction and Service Excellence"

Am i on the right track? Any help, tips or advice will be greatly appreciated.
