Noun phrase

I have this assignment for a structure of english class. I need help.

Most of the peoples in my country Iran, especially the peoples who are very religious, believe that the ghost appears after the dead. It is very important to mention that the ghost has a meaning of religious among these peoples. According to the peoples of religious, if the man or woman die, a soul of his or her raises to sky and then the soul of the man appears like the ghost with two different shapes and characters. One refers to the good persons- and another to persons of the bad character.

I need help examine the noun phrase in this passage and decide whether it is
specific or generic
singular or plural
count or noncount
choice of determineror lack of determiner
the writer gammtical sucesses or failures with noun phrases.
what conclusions can we make about the writer's usage of english?
