Noun clause in apposition

Did you really mean what you meant, that I am the best thing that ever happened to you.

Is the clause in italics a noun clause in apposition to 'what', namely (that which)?

Thanks in advance

It is in apposition to the noun phrase "what you said". [Note: I changed meant to said.]
