Noun clause and main sentence

Hello everyone, Have a nice night.

- I can understand that you want to leave by looking at your eyes.

- I have been known who you are for a long time.

- You can not hide that you are upset when you talk to me.

My question is about whether they are completely correct gramatically. Because,

"For a long time", "when you talk to me", "by looking at your eyes" belong to the main sentence, not noun clauses.

I know, I can put them at the beginning but on that time, they will be inverse and I don't want it now.

Finally,

Are those sentences correct and easily understandable? Thank you very much.
