When I say: I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE BOX IS* and not *I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE BOX.

What about: I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IN THE BOX*. Should it be: *I DON'T KNOW WHAT IN THE BOX IS ?
