Noun clause

Hi, I got a confusion about word order in questions with noun clauses!
I know that this sentence is correct: Do you know who he is? (Not "Do you know who is he?")

But I am baffled about this: Do you know who Bob's brother is?
Or Do you know who is Bob's brother?

*I know the rule that when we want to ask about subject of a sentence we just have to replace the subject with "who".
ex: Jack set the fire.
Q?>Who set the fire?
Bobby is Bob's brother.
Q?> Who is Bob'r brother?

Thanks:)

Anonymous Do you know who he is? ")But I am baffled about this: Do you know who Bob's brother is? It really shouldn't be baffling because it's the same pattern, just substituting "Bob's brother" for "he".
