Noun and adjective

Hello everyone,

Is it correct to say:

... to undertake and pay all costs and expenses, including educational, medical, pharmaceutical, recreational, and residential costs and expenses and those related to food, clothing, travel, ticket, and etc., ...

This, say, translated fragment, is going to be a part of a legal text (so, preferably it should be source-oriented). I want to know whether "those related to" is referable to "costs and expenses". I found no better way to set orange-highlighted words as adjectives of "costs and expenses".

I would be so thankful of any help.
