Example: I will not make a tour, or attend an amateur school, or visit friends in the summar holidays. I will just stay at hom. I wonder if it is correct to use the construction "not ... or... The use is fine.

"I will/would not go away, go to amateur school, or visit friends in the summer holidays. I will/would just stay at home."

You can reduce the numbers of "or" by only placing in front of the last thing in your list. In order to use "nor", you need to replace "not" with "neither". Keep your tenses matching.
