notion of time

Is notion of time natural in English?

You lose all notion of time./sense of time/concept of time in a casino.

I don't have the notion of time. I'm always late. I can't plan ahead.

Thank you in advance

"sense of time" seems the best fit in the first sentence.

Any of the words could work in the second sentence, but it really needs the word "any", as in "I don't have any concept/notion/sense of time".

Is sense of time correct in this context?

You have no sense of time. You say we last saw each other last week. It was more like a month ago.

Thanks
