Noting that/It was noted that, the formulae for first-order ABC method listed in the tables above are already contained in Rajid (2010).

I think you should use "It was noted that" without the comma after it. If you use " Noting that" , I feel like you need to add another sentence after this one. For example: Noting that the formulae for first-order ABC method listed in the tables above are already contained in Rajid (2010), he solves the problem.
