I'm not saying everything is perfect or the best way of saying what you're wanting to say as I would need to know the whole context to be certain, but the first paragraph makes sense.
The second needs changing to be correct.

This is the minimum to provide you with grammatically correct copy; as it stands, the swimming pool gives you a view of the hotel rather than the hotel grounds or the scenery. Perhaps you could change that or else it sounds like you just get to see the building of the hotel, although maybe this is what you mean.
Note that I have left the word 'center' in its American form. For a British audience, change it to 'centre'. In the final sentence the first 'you' is optional.
