Notice at train station


Do the following sentences make sense?

1. Your ticket is not refundable after the train leaves.

2. Tickets are sold from 10:30 AM one month before the day of departure (the same day of the previous month). Tickets are available from 5:30 AM on the following days.

I have no problem with number one. Number two has some ambiguities, at least in my mind. We're not used to mixing time of day and day of month in this way.

When you say, "Tickets are sold from 10:30 AM," we expect "until 11:30 PM."
