NOTE SHEET

This is regarding water connection from City Corporation in our office premises. As of now the water is being pumped from the ground but there is a shortage of water. Moreover we need to send our employee to pump on regular intervals which hampers our work schedule. So the Centre has decided to install city water connection and the entire budget will reach a sum of Nu.92,000/- (Ngultrum Ninety Two Thousand only). The details are as mention below;

• Worker Payment = 60,000/-
• Pipe = 26,000/
• City Road cutting for laying water pipe line = 3,000/
• Others = 3000/-

Total = 92,000/-

Therefore, we request sir to kindly approve the budget and release the fund in order to proceed the work.
