Notch or hook?

How would you say this?

Asking someone to help with :

Can you put the bra on the second notch. The first notch/hook is too tight. (Is it the "bra" that you put on a notch/hook?)

How would you write this?

Which hook/notch should you clasp your bra on?

How do you know what notch to put your bra on?

Which hook should you use on your bra?

If you were to check most women’s bra the majority would be wearing their bras on the tightest hook

Thank you

"Notch" is no good. The type of closure you are talking about is called a hook-and-eye, but nobody calls the loop part an eye, I don't think. Bras don't come up in conversation very often, at least not the mechanics of the things.
