Not your typical I vs. Me

Ok...I understand the usage of I vs. Me in most cases, but I have recently found myself in a debate with my girlfriend. We have each posted pictures. I use the caption "My girlfriend and I." Hers is "My boyfriend and me." Which of us is correct? My gut says "I" is correct. She suggests that you would say, "This is me," and therefore should use me. I read somewhere, however, that you should not use an objective pronoun after a form of to be (in this case "is").

Any suggestions?
