Not worthy (how to say this sentence?)

How would you express this please?

1 This occasion isn't worthy of me wearing my suit. I'm not just going to wear the pants and not the jacket.

just closer to what it modifies = not going to wear just the pants

Phillip is correct when you're discussing written English.

But in casual spoken English, either your sentences or his would be fine. :]
