Which is correct please?


It looks like it’s not going to rain. /it doesn’t look like it’s going to rain.

Both are good. In the general case, however, note that English speakers very much like to transfer the negation to the main clause in these constructions, so you'll probably hear It doesn't look like ... more often than It looks like ...
