Not (very) much

So what do you do with that time? Not (very) much? You don't have any hobbies or anything?

1. Would "not much" be natural here or is "not very much" more likely?

2. Would "not that much" be OK here as well or can it only be used to modify an earlier mentioned statement?

I don't see much difference.

"That" is ok, too. It's not a pronoun there but an adverb.

": very, extremely —usua
