Not until~

Could you tell me is I can change the sentence 1) below into 2)?

1) It wasn't until 20th century that music therapy was first used professionally.

2) Not until 20th century was music therapy first used professionally.

Due to "not" in the beginning of the sentence, I used "inversion".
