Not that's a word the naunces

Now that's a word the nuances of which might be very difficult to
convey in another language.

I know every single word meanin in the highlighed parts, but I cannot understand it as a whole.

Could you explain it to me?

A slight rewording might help: That is a word that has nuances which might be very difficult to convey in another language. The word 'now' is simply used to introduce the statement. It suggests that some other words had been previously discussed, and now the speaker wants to make a statement about the latest word.

Thank you Yankee.

Could you tell me why the preposition "of" has been used after "naunces"?

At least, could you give me two examples of this kind?

"nuance" = "subtle differences"/"shades of difference".

There is a nuance of difference between A and B.#
There are many nuances of colour in the Pantone range.
That portrait has caught the nuance of the subject's expression.
