Could you please help me properly right these sentences? If the words fit the context?

- He stared at the girl in interest as if he was fantasizing about her.

- The police investigated him as they had found traces of his dna on the scene. (can you investigate a person or just things?)

- The sock was so tight that it felt like the skin on my ankles was twisting.

- The interval between trains on a strike day is too big.

- I set the alarm to ring at 4pm.

- Your left arm is linked to your heart/is related to your heart.
