Not sure how to structure this inquiry

Dear Users,

Here's an email with a query I'm going to send to a local clinic. I find it a bit difficult to form the question regarding obtaining copies of test results and X-ray pictures. The underlined fragments aren't a part of the email; those are my doubts/questions.

Dear XYZ,

Thank you for your message and the attached document. I wanted to ask if it is (or: if it would be) possible to get copies of the blood test results, ECG results, and X-ray pictures that were done yesterday. The problem with putting it this way is that we have 3 different items here (blood test results, ECG results, X-ray pics). I guess "were done" isn't exactly the best phrase here. Also, I don't know if I should add "the" in front of each item. Is there any way to put them all in one sentence, or do I have to break it down? Can I get them all at the clinic?

Best regards,

XYZ

Thank you for your message and the attached document. I wanted to ask if it would be possible for me to get copies of the blood test results, EKG results, and X-ray pictures that were done yesterday. Can I get them all at the clinic if I go there in person ?

  • "Would be" sounds more polite.
  • "For me" is explicitly what you mean, so it is clearer to write that.
