The passage explains that being the owner of small vacation rental web site is better than the owner of big site, because small web site owner can always communicate directly to his visitors and answer all of visitors' questions on the fly.

Even the most informative web pages can not replace human interaction, when you get specific replies to your specific questions. To find the info you need, you should read. Most of us are lazy or, value our time and prefer to email all the questions to a web site owner or just to phone him/her to find out everything within a minute. Large rental portals are simply unable to achieve this closest interaction with their visitors. Negotiating skills, which you gain during this interaction, will help you to be a success not only in rental industry, but in every relationships you might be involved.
