has slammed the Goa government for insensitive remarks by the state's lawmakers against the Russian girl who was allegedly raped by a local politician recently.

In a not-so-subtle threat, it said it would ask Russian citizens to be indoors by 10pm if this would keep them secure while holidaying in Goa.
