Not religious like her father

Are these sentences correct:

1) She is an atheist and not religious like her brother and her father.

2) She is an atheist and not religious as her brother and her father are.

They tell us that her brother and her father are religious. But do they tell us that they are religious in a particular way?

Consider:

3) Her sister is religious but not like her father.

Gratefully,
