"Not only are you very disrespectful to older people, but also you lack in manners."

"Not only were the instructors very irresponsible, but also they were insufficiently trained to carry out the stuff properly."

"Not only have I not managed to do it right, but also I caused a great deal of harm."

"Not only did you disregard the most of the rules that are here applied, but also you tarnished family reputation."

I've just thought of these sentence that are quite irrelevant, but I am asking chiefly due to the approval of correctness of the word order in sentences above.
