Not one important players has offered...

"And even more remarkable is the willingness of the whole Congressional GOP to go along with the obvious, ongoing betrayal of U.S. interests. Not one important players has offered anything more than a few sad tweets."

(Paul Krugman on Twitter.)

Is "Not one important players" in agreement with "has offered" in the passage above?
