'not more' Vs 'no more'

1 Could you explain the difference between A and B?
A: She is not more beautiful than you

B: She is no more beautiful than you.


2 Could you explain the difference between A and B?

A: My drawing is no less beautiful than yours.

B: My drawing is not less beautiful than yours.

I have one more question. coz I wonder if ''no' makes whole setence negative but 'not' doesn't affect the part after 'than'

A: She is not more beautiful than you / B: She is no more beautiful than you
I wonder if A just suggests commendation for you and if B suggests that you are not beautiful and she is as ugly as you.
