Not how I work

Is it natural to say : not how I work?
If you are expecting a refund because you are unhappy with the photos, that's not how I work. I don't give refunds. Thanks

If your customer is already angry, adding the phrase "you are wrong" is not a great thing to say.

I'm sorry. The fees are non-refundable.

Hello Barbara,

Would you say: "That's not how I work" or "That's not how I do business"?

Thanks

The grammar is okay.

I'm suggesting that it's not a very polite way to talk to your customers, and adding "you are wrong" is even worse.

Since this is a grammar forum, I will stop there.

Oh yes, I've heard it many times. And I remind myself never shop or buy anything from those people again. There are many other choices.
