Not good

Which are correct:
1) I felt not good.
2) I felt not good enough.

3) It seems not good.
4) It seems not good enough.

They are certainly not natural though I don't know if they are actually wrong. A textbook would not teach them as standard constructions. " but not yet be sure what adjective to choose.
