Not following parallel structure?

Hi. Would you say the following underlined parts are correct (OK?) in terms of parallel structure?

... have been suffering from illnesses, diseases and injury.

... have been suffering from illness, diseases and injuries.

... have been suffering from illness, disease and injuries.

... have been suffering from life difficulties, like illness, diseases and injury.
