Not certain of the correct form(s) to say "you have a desire to STH happen/SB to do STH" using want

I'm not certain of the correct form(s ) to say "you have a desire to STH happen/SB to do STH" using want.
for example to say "you have a desire that it rains"
which one(s ) is(are) correct form(s:)

1- I want it to rain. (I think it is correct, but I'm not sure about the other options)
2- i want it rains/will rain.
3- I want that it rains/will rain.

1- I want him to succeed. (I think it is correct, but I'm not sure about the other options)
2- I want him succeeds/will succeed.
3- I want that he succeeds/will succeed

Can we use "that" following "want" like "i want that STH to happen/SB to do STH"?
