Not as careful

Is it correct to say “as careful” and “other’s”?

I’m not as careful with my stuff as I am with other’s stuff.

Thanks

The given sentence is grammatically acceptable, but awkward-sounding. The word "other's" is rarely used in English. It would be better, for example, as:

"I'm not as careful with my stuff as I am with other people's stuff."

The apostrophe should come after the s: I'm not as careful with my stuff as I am with others' stuff.
