“I’m not here all the time.”
Which does this sentence mean, “I’m not always here. (I’m sometimes at other places.)” or “I’m always not here. (I’m always at other places.) ?
In “I’m not here all the time.”, “all the time” is located after “not.”
So, I think this sentence means “I’m not always here.”, because for example, “I don’t like that too much.” means like “I like that a little bit.”, not “I hate that.”.
