Not all = All not ?

Hello,

I happened to see this sentence :

All children don't like pizza.

This sentence seems to have 'Partial Negation' .

If so, it should be changed into the below :

=> Not all children like pizza.

or Both sentences will do ?

Thanks,

Gooday!

You are correct, "Not all children like pizza" is the correct form. The first sentence you mention is is an awkward way of saying "No children like pizza" or simple "Children don't like pizza". "All children like pizza" would be correct in the positive sense.
