Not a single

Can I use “not a single” in these sentences?

1. Not a single dollar was waste.
2. I haven’t found a single decent suit in this shop.
3. There wasn’t a single man outside.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, you can, because they're all singular countable nouns. you can also use "not one"

Of course “wasted”. Thanks a lot.

Only in the first as a direct subsitution.

I have found not one decent suit in this entire shop!

Sometimes things are equally correct, but one is more natural. "I haven't found a single decent suit" sounds more natural to me than "I've found not one decent suit."
