Are these sentences correct:
1-He isn't smart to believe that kind of nonsense.
2-He isn't a smart person to believe that kind of nonsense.
(Meaning: If he believes that kind of nonsense, then he is not intelligent/an intelligent person.)

3-He is not kind to stand by and watch people suffer.
4-He is not a kind person to stand by and watch people suffer.
(Meaning: He stands by and watches people suffer, so one can conclude that he is not a kind person.)
