Not a fan VS not fans

Dear teachers

Could you please tell me which of these two sentences is correct, more natural and idiomatic?

Us Pakistanis are not a fan of the movie.

VS

Us Pakistanis are not fans of the movie.

Also, if they are wrong then please tell me if they are grammatically wrong or just don't sound natural.
