The sentence type of B as shown below is easy to find in the chapter of the pro-form in any grammar books.

e.g. A : Jill has misspelt our name.
B: So she has!

And I just can't find the explanation of the negation version.

e.g. A : You would never guess that she had problems.
B : So I don't.

Is it possible to say like B marked in bold type?
i.e.So I don't = I do not guess that she had probelms indeed.

And what reason is there to make it incorrect to attach the negative word 'not' to the construction of 'so+s+v'?

Thank you for the answer,
Now it is so stabilized and all makes sense perfectly. Without your assurance, I never know how it looks like to use such structure with 'not'.
And I absolutely agree that language is ever not the same as maths. But still it is very interesting to see how language rules are applied to the sentences like maths thing, though I never like maths.
