Nose part

Hello,

in this record (there is just the audio here) the woman shows 3 parts of her nose, but I don't understand the last word(s)

My nose was broken, was broken in several differents spots, there is three noticeable ones: right here, right here & Bold*under my....*Bold

It sounds like she says, "and then my vorum." I can't find or think of anything that resembles that area of anatomy, perhaps she misspoke...since she seems to point to her septum.

It does seem to be a misspeaking or misreading. If the word said was 'vorem' then possibly she has in mind 'vomer' which is the bone just behind the septum
