Nose

Q: "What is that?"

A: "It's a nose". "It's the nose".

A: "It's called a nose". "It's called the nose".

If I say either one, it's wrong?

Both are correct. It depends on the context. eg If you are two Martians discussing human anatomy in general after seeing itfor the first time, 'a nose' sounds fine.
