Hello.
What does 'some Normative approaches of managing step-shift and radical change' mean? May I replace 'Normative' with 'common' here?What about 'standard'?

I wanna change the original wording since I don't know how to translate it, Clive.
Persian is not english, and there is not a one-to-one and onto correspondence between the words.
