NOR or OR

Hi, just a quick question.

Are both sentences correct?
It was not my fault, nor his.
It was not my fault, or his.

Are "nor" and "or" exchangeable in a negative sentences?

Thanks in advance,

Jim,

The first is ok. You can also say It was neither mine nor his fault. Are "nor" and "or" exchangeable in negative sentences?

Sorry to bother you, but I still can't be sure.

One more example: Is this correct?

The more I talk with people who're not from NY, nor even from the U.S., the more I feel bla bla bla...

Thanks for the replay anyway,

Or.

I don't like math or physics. (the first negation don't will affect both math and physics so there's no need for 'nor' here)
