Here is the paragraph:

It's easy for a waiter to forget something,but you should not have to remind a waiter more than once to bring you something.Nor do you want the waiter to mix up the food orders.

"Nor do you" here the expression which i have never seen before.is this a way to make the feeling strong?

& The quality of the food is the primary way restaurants are judged.

what does the word WAY here?

So in the case above there are 2 things that you do not want a waiter to do. You do not want him to do X nor do you want him to do Y.
