"noopsy" or something

Hi there,
I am just watching this epsode of "OC" and there is this character called Sandy Cohen that keeps calling another one something that sounds like "noopsy". Since I couldn't find it in any dictionary (probably due to wrong spelling), well, here I am.
Any ideas dear brains? Emotion: wink)
