None vs Nothing

Hello. Can somebody help me clarify the use of none vs nothing specifically in this ocntext:

Is there anything we can do to change your mind? If there's none, we'll help cancel your account.

Is the use of "none" grammatically incorrect? Thanks!

It's not right. If there's anything ... If there's nothing, .... "nothing" goes with "anything".

"none" is more likely to go with "some". Is there some reason that ...? If there's none, ....

In your sentence it's completely natural to say If not, we'll help yo
