None or nothing

I have to describe a person and there's
a blank space to fill in labeled 'facial
features'. Can I write 'none' if there's
nothing special to say? Or would it be
better to write 'nothing'?
Thank you.

"None" is the better choice of those two, but it seems odd to say that a person has no facial features at all. Everyone has facial features. If a word like "special" or "distinguishing" was present then "none" would make more sense.

If I were confronted with a blank space labelled 'Facial features', I'd be inclined to write 'The usual'.

Yeah, or "two eyes, nose, mouth"!

I wonder whether the form really meant to ask for special or unusual features.
