None of whose books

Can one say
a. Can you name an important author none of whose books is in our library?
b. Can you name an important author none of whose books our library has?


c. Can you name an important author our library does not have at least one book by?
d. Can you name an important author by whom our library does not have at least one book?


e. Can you name an important author our library has no books by?
f. Can you name an important author by whom our library does not have any books?
?

My feeling is that (a) and (b) work and the others don't.

azz Can one say Yes, one can say all of them. They are all grammatical. The problem is that the listener may laugh at some of them more than at others.
