None of the terms of the contract....

Hi

Would you say that against here is formal as in favor of? Any other better (or more formal) option?

None of the terms of the contract seemed in favor of Zaid and Sons Company. In fact, they were all against it.

Thanks,

Tom

This seems more natural.
