Hi. Could you please let me know what this man is saying?

Around 4:30 he says ''The reverse would never f**kin' happen. Never! Noneless you lived in land, Noneless you lived in a country where...''

I agree with JP: it is not unless. Note that the speaker says "not unless you lived in Iran"—using the pronunciation
"eye-ran"—not "noneless you lived in land", as you suggest. Some perceive the pronunciation "eye-ran" as a
mispronunciation and insist on the native speaker's pronouncing "ear-rahn".

In this case, it is "not unless". After all, it is a speech, not a dictionary pronunciation (citation form).

Many times, you can hear "nonetheless" as noneless, thanks n + th > fronted n.
